Popsicle sticks

I'm loving the challenges that Christine, Kerri and I are giving each other over at Practical Scrappers each month, using dollarstore finds. It seems as if each month, I regard the challenge item with dread, and by the end of it, I'm pleasantly surprised by what I was able to create. This time around, Kerri challenged us to use popsicle sticks. Not a very inventive use on my part, by I like the effect  I got on the wood of the craft sticks using Glimmer Mist, washi tape, and a texture stamp with ink. Believe it or not, once I stopped trying to weave the popsicle sticks together using embroidery floss, the whole page came together really fast using Momenta products and a Design Your own Sticker alphabet!

Materials:
Momenta ST-4765 puffy flourishes
Momenta PA-2240 12 x 12 paper pad
Momenta ST-4722 Family Outing, layered stickers
Momenta ST-4517 DYO Alphabet Sticker
Craft sticks: Dollarama
Tattered Angels Glimmer mist, Alaskan Salmon, Marmalade
Memento Ink, Rich Cocoa
Stamp: Impression Obsession
