A little obsession

I am mildly obsessed with the way my kids smell. I've been using the same baby detergent for almost 3 years now, and I realized I can't stop using it. I stopped buying it for about a month when we got the new HE washer, and started using Tide Free. I didn't realize how much I missed the smell until I started sorting through some clothes that Parker had outgrown, and got a hint of the"baby" smell once again. I broke down and bought a bottle of it that week and haven't turned back ( I just use less of it in the new washer). I've even contemplated washing my own stuff in it, but then it just wouldn't be special anymore.

Here's the layout I did about it for this week's mixer #28 at Mix It Up
I know, I know- I went a bit overboard with the embellies. Do you know how hard I have to restrain myself when I get the chance to use lots of "girly" stuff?! I have sooo much in my stash, just begging to be used!

it's not overboard. I can still see white.

I LOVE the embellishments on this page... perfectly done for the theme of the page. And yes, I love the scent of our laundry detergent too. It's just the regular Tide, but it reminds me of my mom and dad's laundry. I used Tide Free for a while, but the scent of the regular Liquid Tide took me back to my mom and dad's place. Amazing how that works, isn't it?
